My Lovely Story In This Chaotic World

My name is Anne Janeth A. Verzosa,15 this September 19. I lived in this Barrio from the town of Santa , province of Ilocos Sur, called "Nagpanaoan". I have two siblings; basically we're three sisters,  I'm the youngest yet the  tallest and sometimes act like a mom. My mom is an OFW for about 8-9 years now she basically come home every 2 years ,but didn't able to come home this year because of this pandemic. My dad's a zookeeper on that famous zoo in Ilocos Sur ; also a former OFW,fisherman to be exact.

My life isn't that perfect; at a really young age I did alot  of mistakes ,and I guess that's part of growing up.During the pandemic my life became more boring, but I got important lessons that i've  learned.Sometimes it bothers me when I  just cut people off my  life out of nowhere , because I might end up having no one and I might be alone. Being alone isn't that hard because being alone can give you peace of mind ;what's  hard is feeling alone. If being alone is having peace of mind then I love being alone and I'd rather be alone. As I was saying life's hard but became harder when pandemic hits. To be honest I don't even know who I am today; I don't know what I love and what I hate , I'm just existing  like "Living the life".

I didn't have a mom beside me while growing up,so I don't actually talk about my pains, struggles and problems. When pandemic started I had a lot of  breakdowns," drained mind " times and some phases I don't wanna ever talk about. I hate dramas, I'm actually that friend who always got your back but I won't ask for you to be there for me. As this pandemic continue I realized that I'm still learning about life and still trying to fit in this world. Growing up isn't thay easy, but you gotta be strong  'cause all you have is yourself at the end of the day. To all teenagers ; You'll lost friends and might lost yourself too but it's okay because it's all part of growing up. Just  live your life to the fullest ,be the best version of yourselves.
